Your listing and promotional permissions
You can ask to remove your listing, end permission for new promotions, or remove previously published promotional materials. You may also withdraw promotional permission while keeping your listing. Requests go to a Write Club administrator; use your verified email and include your @handle.
Our promotional banners are generated with GPT using the full text of your submitted stories from public pages or feeds, including Substack feeds. The accepted promotion agreement covers this process without a new approval request for each banner. Earlier registrations need the updated agreement, available after sign-in above, before that broader use.
Read the permissions, AI, and content policy for the process and limits on removing copies outside Write Club’s control.
