I confirm that I am the author or an authorized representative, that the information and links I submit are accurate and lawful, and that I have permission to submit the materials for these uses. My submission does not contain impersonation, plagiarism, malicious links, or sexually explicit, sexualized, or sexually exploitative material involving anyone under 18. Non-graphic depictions or discussion of abuse or assault in a serious, non-erotic context are not excluded by this rule and are reviewed in context. I agree to the Directory permissions and content policy and allow Write Club to publish and moderate my listing.
Promoting your stories
I authorize Write Club to create and publish promotional materials for the stories I submit, including graphics, banners, posts, thumbnails, and promotional videos, on its website, Discord server, YouTube channel, Substack, and other Write Club media channels. This includes retrieving the full text of my submitted stories and their public serial chapters from publicly accessible pages or feeds, including Substack feeds, and supplying that text to GPT/OpenAI to generate promotional artwork and content. Write Club may also use my author name, handle, titles, descriptions, brief excerpts, and images I am authorized to provide. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free. I retain ownership of my work. It does not authorize AI model training, republication of my full stories, or merchandise. Permission for new promotions ends when my profile is removed or Write Club receives my verified withdrawal request. I accept the linked permissions policy, including its withdrawal and removal terms.
We record the wording and date you accept. No separate approval is required for each banner or post within this scope.
